जोधपुर। राजस्थान उच्च न्यायालय जोधपुर ने जालोर के ओडवाड़ा गांव में चल रही अतिक्रमण हटाने की कार्रवाई पर रोक लगा दी हैं। न्यायमूर्ति विनीत माथुर की एकलपीठ ने दो दर्जन से अधिक याचिकाओं पर सुनवाई करते हुए शुक्रवार को यह फैसला दिया। याचिकाओं में कहा गया कि उनके पास पट्टे है और वे पिछले 80 सालों से इन मकानों में रह रहे हैं।
